Exchanges & Returns

For both exchanges and returns, products must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Returned products must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way; with attached tags and packaging and be returned in their original packaging.
Please note for exchanges you can only request a different size and/or colour of the item you are returning.

  1. STEP 01

    FILL-IN THE FORM

    Open the online Exchange procedure by logging in into your account area and clicking on "My orders" section. If you placed a guest order, you can request an item exchange by entering your order and zip code on the tracking page.

  2. STEP 02

    CHOOSE A NEW ITEM

    Choose the item you want to exchange and select a reason why;
    Next you can select the new size and colour of the item you are returning;
    Once the exchange request has been accepted, please follow step 3

  3. STEP 03

    SHIP THE PARCEL

    Print the Exchange Form you can download from the Return panel and insert it inside the parcel;
    Pack the items using the original packaging
    Ship the parcel to the following address:

  4. STEP 04

    NEW ITEM SHIPMENT

    Your exchange will be sent out at our costs after the warehouse has received your parcel and carried out the quality check of the returned items.

If you wish to return an item, please follow the steps below:

  2. STEP 02

    CHOOSE THE ITEM TO RETURN

    Choose the item you want to return and select a reason why. Once the return request has been accepted, please return your item as indicated in step 3 of the return process.

  3. STEP 03

    ARRANGE THE RETURN SHIPMENT

    Print the Return Form you can download from the Return panel and insert it inside the parcel.
    You can use our pre-filled return shipping label, please note that the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount. You can view the shipping costs in the Returns - Returns shipping expenses in the website Help Area.

  4. STEP 04

    RETURN CONFIRMATION

    We’ll send you a refund confirmation email once we have received your return in good condition.
    If you used our pre-filled return shipping label, please note that the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount. You can view the shipping costs in the Returns - Returns shipping expenses in the website Help Area.

Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Returns should be unworn, unwashed and unaltered. Returned products must have all the original labels attached and remain in their original packaging.
It is mandatory to complete the online Return Process to register your return on our system.

Conditions for returning fragrances:
- the product must be unopened and returned in its original packaging (inside plastic film);
- If returning a product due to a defect or damage in transit, the customer must check that the hermetic seal on the bottle is intact (if not, please contact our Customer Service by telephone or by email via the Contact page).

The company is not liable for any lack and / or inattention of the final user in the filling of the return format or for damages attributable to the courier.
Complete the online Exchange / Return procedure by logging in into your account area and clicking on "My orders" or, in case you placed a guest order, by entering your order code and postcode on the tracking page.

Follow the instructions on the Exchange /return panel, then print the Return form and insert it inside the package.

The cost of shipping the product/s to our warehouse, whether by courier or postal service, is solely payable by the customer. 

In case of product change requests, TenC online store will pay to ship the new product/s to you, as soon as your return will have been received and processed by our warehouse.

In case of returning product/s to refund, depending on the shipping Country, you may be able to download a pre-filled return label in the Return panel.
If you decide to use it, please note that the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount. You can view the shipping costs in the Returns - Returns shipping expenses in the website Help Area.
You can find the instructions for pickup or delivery of the return by courier in the section Refunds - How to request a refund section in the website Help Area.
Yes, you can independently create and use a waybill with any courier of your choice.
If this is the case, no return shipping costs will be charged to you at the time of refund as you will have already provided independently for the shipping of your return.
We recommend using a courier that provides a fully tracked service.
The refund will be issued within 15 days following the quality checks carried out on the returns.
Please note: if you paid by credit card, refunds can then take up to 4 weeks to appear in your bank statement.
Also, please be aware that the refund will appear in your statement under the name “Blauer - FiloBlu S.p.a.”.

Please note that Blauer online store operates from the European Union and, as such, all transactions are ultimately made in Euro. If you live outside the Euro zone, the Euro value of the product will be converted into your currency on the day the refund is processed.
